For data protection purposes, this is the person responsible for any data that may be entered on this demonstration website.

The only form on this site where you can enter personal data is the booking simulator. The fields it may ask for are: name, email and phone number. No other personal data, and no payment data, is requested anywhere on this site.

This data is used solely so you can try out, with example data or with whatever you choose to type in yourself, how Ritunio's booking process and virtual assistant work. It serves no commercial purpose, no real-contact purpose and no real-appointment-management purpose.

The data you enter in the booking simulator is saved only in your own browser's local storage (localStorage), on your own device. This information is never sent to any Ritunio or MAREA Barber Club server, is never added to any database, and never reaches any real appointment-management system, email service or messaging system.

This site has no application server and no API routes that receive or process this data: all processing happens entirely inside your own browser.

• It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
• It does not share, sell or transfer data to third parties.
• It does not build commercial or behavioural profiles.
• It does not maintain a real customer database.
• It does not manage real appointments, payments or communications.

There are no recipients or processors of the data entered in the simulator, since it never leaves your browser.

Once this site is published on its final domain (https://marea.ritunio.com), the hosting provider (currently planned: Vercel) will process, as is standard for any web hosting, generic technical server logs (for example, IP address and request timestamps) for the operation and security of the infrastructure. This is a generic disclosure and does not imply that any additional analytics or tracking tool has been integrated.

Data entered in the simulator remains in your browser's local storage indefinitely, until you remove it yourself. Cancelling a simulated booking changes its status to "cancelled" within the simulator itself, but does not automatically delete the record from your browser.

You can remove all of this information at any time by clearing your browsing data or this site's local storage from your browser's settings.

Since any data you enter stays under your own control in your browser, the most direct way to exercise your rights over it is to remove it yourself by clearing the site's local storage. If you would still like to formally exercise your rights, you can contact hello@ritunio.com regarding:

As this is a static demonstration site with no database and no application server, security measures focus on the browser's own behaviour and the hosting provider's standard practices. No additional processing takes place that would require security measures beyond those inherent to standard web hosting.

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
